    General terms: what are they? contractual terms or conditions that are pre-drafted by one of the parties (or by someone for him/her) for being used in mane contracts, and that are incorporated in each of such contracts without being actually negotiated or modied.

    Risks: abusive of unknown conditions (especially for consumers)

    Precautions in the law: general terms have to be expressly accepted by or, at the very least, put at the disposal of the other party concluding the contract
