    The Albany County Sheriff's Office arrested two men from Ravena, New York - Joseph S. Persico (age 20) and Joseph S. Shays (age 21) - and charged them with burglary and petit larceny. The complaint alleges that on September 28, 2011, the men committed a burglary at a residence in Coeymans, New York where they stole $800 worth of jewelry. Both men later sold the stolen jewelry to jewelry stores and pawn shops in Crossgates Mall and Colonie Center. They were charged with burglary in the second degree and petit larceny. Both men were arraigned in court and remanded to jail in lieu of $50,000 bail each

    The Albany County Sheriffs Office reports the arrest of two Ravena men on Burglary and Petit Larceny charges. The complaint alleges that on September 28th 2011 Joseph S. Persico, age 20, and Joseph S. Shays, age 21, did commit Burglary to a residence in the Town of Coeymans and steal Jewelry valued at $800.00. Both parties later sold the Property to jewelry stores and pawn shops in Crossgates Mall and Colonie Center. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Burglary in the Second Degree C Felony and Petit Larceny A Misdemeanor. Both Defendants were arraigned in the Town of Coeymans Justice Court by the Honorable Kevin Reilly remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.
