    My team has just completed housing projection analysis for the years up to and including 2048 for the city of Golden Grove. The analysis is based on the past number of homes and the growth rate since 1968. Projections include estimates based on a 26% growth rate, a 32% growth rate and a 35% growth rate. Besides the data included in the analysis as seen below, there is also a chart that portrays the housing growth estimates. Please review the analysis and let me know if you have any questions. I would like to set a time that we could meet and discuss the ramifications of this information.
