    ANSWER:

    The bar chart shows percentage of household expenses every week in 1968 and in 2018.
    There are eight areas to compare spending the income which are food, housing, fuel and
    power, clothing and footware, household goods, personal goods, transport, and leisure.

    In 1968, the higher area that families spent their weekly income is for food that is 35%.
    Whereas in 2018, the families spending most their income every week are for leisure that is
    more than 20%. Fuel and power are a little portion of household expences both in 1968 and
    in 2018. But, in 2018, personal goods are also the least spending.

    The families have the same expences for household goods it is around 8% of their weekly
    income. While, the data shows an extreme differentiation about how families spent their
    weekly income in housing. In 1968, the families spent only for 10% but in 2018 for almost
    20% of their income.

    Some believe it is important for cities and towns to invest heavily in building large
    outdoor public spaces.
