ADDITIONAL EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORM FOR WINTER (NOVEMBER) 2011 EXAMINATIONS CMA PROGRAM
Students are advised to note the following instructions for submitting the additional examination application forms for appearing in Winter (November) 2011 Examinations: (1) (2)

This facility is only available to the students who sat the Fall (September) 2011, Extra Attempt Examinations. Failure students who wish to reappear in the same failed paper in Winter (November) 2011 Examinations shall deposit specified examination fee and additional application form (compulsory), otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in that failed subject in November papers of Fall (September) 2011, Extra Attempt Examinations.

2011 Examinations. ONLY this exam application form is VALID for reappearing in the failed (3) Dates for acceptance of examination application along with prescribed fee are October 15 to October 22, 2011, and 100% late fee will be charged on October 24 & 25, 2011. No exam application will be accepted after October 25, 2011.

The Winter (November) 2011 Examinations are scheduled from November 17, 2011. Detailed time table will be uploaded over Institutes Website and available at all centres by end October 20, 2011. The examination fee is the same as that of regular examination fee. Moreover, students who have been qualified upto Stage-6 in Fall (September) 2011, Extra Attempt November 20, 2011. Schedule for submission of Exam Application Form is same as given above at Sr. No. (3). Examinations are also eligible to apply for 18th Comprehensive Examination scheduled on Saturday
