    Q) Now that the Kendlebell franchise office that answers my calls has changed its name can I continue to work with Kendlebell? A) That particular franchisee has broken away from Kendlebell but we really do want you to stay with Kendlebell. It is very easy to ensure continuity of a quality service by having your calls routed to our head office facility. We have all your information already on our systems, which we provided under licence and in many cases the re-routing can be done immediately where we control the numbers you use through our telephone number portal.

    Q) Will the new service be as good as I have experienced as a Kendlebell customer for many years? A) We hope its better. At Kendlebell its business as usual and many customers are already moving to the Kendlebell Andover facility where we have fully trained expert receptionists to handle your calls. Were committed to answering calls in 3 rings with no missed calls.

    Q) Will the current tariffs remain the same? A) Most certainly but you may well be able to benefit from longer opening hours: 8am 8.30pm Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Saturday and 10am 5pm Sunday.

    Q) How can I ensure that my calls continue to be handled by Kendlebell? A) Simply call Kendlebell on 0844 544 1053 and ask for Abby Huckins, Gina Gower-Jones or Rob Clowes and we will organise the rest. Or email abby.huckins@kendlebell.co.uk.

    Q) What about invoices? A) We can sort out invoicing once we ensure your calls are being handled professionally by our receptionists. Your contract can remain with Kendlebell if that is what you want. We would suggest that you ensure that you cancel any direct debits to a breakaway company, as subscriptions are collected monthly in advance. We are happy to handle any part payments to an ex-franchisee on your behalf.
