OVERVIEW

Filinvest Land, Inc.(FLI) is one of the oldest and largest residential real estate developers in the Philippines today, offering a range of products from socialized and affordable housing to middle income and high-end housing, to various types of subdivision lots . FLI was recognized by the financial publication "Euromoney" in its December 1999 issue as among the top three property companies in Asia. Another financial publication, "Finance Asia", recognized FLI as one of "Asia's Best Performing Companies" in its March 2000 issue. The credit rating of FLI was upgraded by Philratings from A to AA reflecting the company's prudent financial management, moderate debt position, resiliency, and strong operating performance amidst the economic and industry slowdown.
