Brief Profile of the Company: On the 8th of March of the year 1995, DMCI Holdings, Inc. (DMCIHI) headed by the companys chairman, David M. Consunji was incorporated to aid the Consunji family aggregate all their construction, construction component and all of their other related business interests. Days before its 8th month establishment (December 18, 1995), it was already listed among the securities in the Philippine Stock Exchange commonly known now as DMC.
