Introduction (3 mins)
-Tr shows some pictures of Healthy Foods and Healthy Diet. -Tr asks their opinion about the pictures. a) What can you see from the pictures? b) Which foods do you prefer if you given a choice? Why?
- Tr explains about the topic for today. -Tr distributes a text entitled EAT RIGHT - Tr read the text first, then Ss repeat -Tr identify some Punctuation from the text and highlights the Punctuations to the Ss

Activity 1 - Tr asks Ss to sit in group of 4 - Tr distributes A4 paper to Ss - Tr asks Ss to discuss list down on A4 paper: a) Food with a lot of fat and carbohydrates b) Food with a lot of proteins c) Food with a lot of vitamins and minerals To let students analyze and think about the food they had eaten.

- Ss from each group present their findings Slide Show again about Healthy Diet -Tr summarized the lesson by showing the Slide Show on Healthy Diet again. To give clear understanding on what they have learnt.
