BAZ Medical Director R and L Medical Clinic Aloran, Misamis Occidental Dear Dr. Baz: The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) recently issued Circular No. 011 s. 2011 for the implementation of the New PhilHealth Case Rates for Selected Medical Cases and Surgical Procedures and the No Balance Billing Policy. In this regard, the Health Care Delivery Management Division and Accreditation & Quality Assurance Section will conduct an orientation on the said circular on August 31, 2011, 1:00pm-5:00pm at Grand Caprice Restaurant, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City. This is to ensure that common understanding of the new policy and technicalities will be fully understood by health care providers, members and other stakeholders. In view of this, we are inviting the Medical Director or Administrator, PhilHealth and Billing Clerks (maximum of 3 participants only) of your hospital to attend the said orientation.
