Healthy Greetings!

The DOH Center for Health - CARAGA will conduct Program Implementation Review (PIR)
and System Updates on Integrated Clinic Information System (iClinicSys) on November 7,
2019 in Luciana Convention Center, Butuan City.

This activity aims to review and evaluate the implementation of iClinicSys and identify
problems for appropriate action with all FHSIS coordinator and iClinicSys end-user.

In line with this, we would like to invite the (4) PHN’s or philhealth processor from Libertad,
Obrero and Ampayon Main Health Centers and (1) IT/iClinicSys end-user who is already well-
versed of the system to represent the 3 main health centers from your good office to participate
and share good practices/insights in utilizing the systems.

Accommodation and meals during the activity shall be charged to DOH-CHD CARAGA while
transportation and per diems one day before and after and other incidental expenses shall be
charged to the funds of sending offices, subject to accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
