Alleys
The scope of work consists of the following improvements on Alleys:

Reconstruction of Alley between S Street and T Street Reconstruction of Alley between T Street and Florida Avenue Reconstruction of Alley north of S Street between Wiltberger Street and Alley

Maintenance Of Traffic
The contractor shall maintain safe access for pedestrians crossing at the intersections The contractor shall maintain pedestrian and vehicular access to properties at all times. The contractor shall provide at least one travel lane along T and Wiltberger Streets at all time while traffic is being maintained.

There will be in three phases of the Project: T street NW from 7th street to Florida Avenue NWPhase I Wiltberger Street from S Street to T Street NWPhase II AlleysPhase III NOTE: These sequences can be changed by the contractor.
