Sub: - B.Tech Online Examinations –September 2008-Instructions-reg.,

The patch and revised on-line application software for the existing and new on-
line servers respectively, will be placed in the exam portal today. In addition to this, the
manual, instructions and revised FAQs will also be placed in the portal.
Due to continuation of supplementary exams till 8th Sep, 2008 and Ganesh
immersion, the last date for conduct of on-line exams and the last date for uploading the
reports to the JNTU exams portal have been extended until 17th Sep, 2008 and 22nd
Sep, 2008 respectively.
There are a few updations and a few new services are added in the OLE
software. Hence the colleges are instructed to upgrade the OLE software. The steps to
be followed are given in the manual available in the portal. If more than one elective is
offered to a section in any branch of IV B.Tech, the on-line exams for such sections are
to be conducted in separate schedules, one subject in one schedule. However ensure that
no student write more than one subject from the same elective.
