THE FOLLOWING WORK HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT

1. To plan, programme & organise all the three courses in ISTC


Responsible for smooth functioning of ISTC
Job allocation and evaluation of staff members
Technical discussion and guidance to staff
Theory Teaching : Subjects Production Planning-I & II and Jigs & Fixture are
taught to Die & Mould students through class room teaching, group discussion,
talks by trainees and worksheets
Helping Management in various administrative matters relating to RC agenda/
report, MC agenda/ reports. trainees discipline, reappear examination and
other day to day routine items
Conducting & evaluating All India Entrance Test of Indo Swiss Training Centre
every year.
2. Placement of ISTC passing out students:
Every year 90% to 100% placement is achieved in three disciplines: Instrument
Technology, Die & Mould making, Mechatronic & Industrial Automation.
Approximate salary range: Rs. 7500 to Rs 40000 pm in reputed organisation

5. PRODUCTION TOOLS AND SMALL JOBS:

Due to lack of availability of technology in precision manufacturing and


fabrication skill with the industry, various production tool have been designed,
developed and fabricated for various R&D projects of CSIO and industrial units.
Many small jobs, components, die parts have also been fabricated to maintain quality
& reliability of the product for CSIO projects and various organisation.
