oI the NLRC, reversing the Iindings oI the Labor Arbiter, Iinding the petitioner committed Grave Slander
which is a ground Ior dismissal under the Employee`s Handbook.
O The petitioner was an employee oI the respondent as a Financial Analyst. The issue arose Irom the e-mail
sent by the petitioner to his superior/manager, accusing the latter and called her a 'robber oI the missing 2
pieces oI 100 peso-bill Irom his locker Iorcibly opened by another under her instruction. The e-mail was
Iurnished to diIIerent heads oI the company.
