In our project Bottle is filled by a unique assembly of liquid flow unit. it only allow to flow when the bottle is as on phase to flow controlled Nozzle. Sensor detect the object and feedback goes to controller, As per feed back Bottle filled by liquid dropped in respective bottle as it comes automatic in operation does not need of any kind of manual control operations by all mince no need of operator. It requires necessary mechanical Arrangement. Conveyor assembly equipped with belt, steel road, stand, pulleys, and gears, motor. Fixtures required for flow controlled unit, sensor unit and Control Panel. Control panel contain controller circuitry and LCD display it is in enclosed case. Approximate conveyor assembly length is 3.5 to 4.5 feet Approximate width for conveyor is 15 to 30 cm Height from surface is 40 to 80 cm. Advantages: High Accuracy, Hi speed working, low maintenance, Durability very high. Disadvantages: little high cost, programmable controller required, dedicated assembly required.
