MalaysiaIts spelled Kuala Lumpur, you should have wikipediaed it. IndiaA lot of effort had been put in, and the result was impressive. Something you see every MUNiC, but this rich display had great costumes and deeeeeeliscious cuisine to go along with it. New ZealandNo food, denitely not relying on pleasing the judges. Now its their choice so we will refrain from commenting on the wisdom behind that. Kudos on the parrot, though! PLO Tried to invade the Sudanese stall, since it was empty and they could not locate their own, however the initial glitches were sorted out and lets not forget the sheesha was a crowd pleaser.

Venezuela Beer, cigars and coffee. High honay ka scene hai? AustriaWhat was with the outrageous Arnold Schwarzenegger photos? AustraliaAustralian cow milk. I bet none of the previous Australian delegations thought of that before. They had actual sh, which was used later on for whacking befuddled delegates on the head by a few rowdy delegates!! BangladeshTigers and birds, these delegates had their own Zoo! GhanaWell informed delegates and a remarkable stall set-up.

Ramp Walk

ext we had the ramp walk which showcased the many amboyant cultural costumes of all the countries. Many of the delegates added an interesting twist of their own to the runway. Lets quote a few interesting onesIndia was over-anxious to make a mark and made a second appearance, which was less impressive compared to the rst. The Dulhaa and the Punditt were over excited, maybe it was meant for them to get married. Japan wow guys the full-on effort on the costume has to be appreciated. Ghana Thumbs up! The Iraqi dancing burqa man beat Saudi Arabia's burqa The Vietnamese dragon was extraordinary, but they forgot to work out how to get back once they got to the front. The crowd got a bit restless, but nally they made it! Italy denitely deserves a mention, for reasons best left unspecied. *ahem* Pakistan had everyone cheering for their performance which seemed like a still from an actual Punjaabi lummm. And nally the most entertaining routine of the evening was Qatars sword dancing, dinar-inging delegates, which fascinated the judges and students alike and won the Best Ramp Walk. Due to the strain on the stage it collapsed in the middle and the host team could not perform their ramp walk properly. The Iranians managed to offend the cultural attach from Iran with their antics.

Day 2

M T

UNiC 2011s second day commenced with a recifter an exhaustive session, the delegates were given tation of the holy verses followed by the national anthem which ended with the national ag being unrolled some time to relax and research on points which they from the roof with confetti being drifted down upon the could use later in the second session to have an edge over the other delegates. With the new research in place amused delegates.

hen an invigorating speech was given by SecretaryGeneral Ghayur Saeed after which everyone was being ushered off to their respective committees. The delegates immediately settled down started engaging in energetic debates. Once the chairs sensed the waning enthusiasm amongst the debaters they called for 5 minute entertainment sessions which consisted of scandalous debates regarding senior politicians and internationally acclaimed stars. These were only for comedic purposes these cheered up the delegates considerably. With the delegates now pumped up they eagerly continued on with the debates. Many committees had topics which touched on sensitive topics amongst the international community, it was noted that the delegates of Israel and USA were competitors in most of the committees.

Sports Gala
sports gala was organized by the host team for the delegates who were more interested in shaking it to desi beats instead of taking part in the sports competitions, Dodge the Ball, Futsal and Tug of War. The crowd went wild as the adrenaline levels rose as they cheered on their team mates while being entertained by loud music. Dodge the ball was won by the delegates from the PNA committee, while the trophy for Futsal went to the delegates of ICAC. Tug of war unfortunately could not take place due to a shortage of time caused by disturbance from people who lacked self-control when they heard music.

Dance Mania
he day was not yet over, as the host team had yet another treat for the delegates in the form of Dance Mania. Delegates had formed teams to perform for the crowd, with teams from The City Schools very own Dhamakedar londas,GSIS, and Synergy. The Dhamakedar londas had a charged, extremely wild performance. The term decency was not a part of their dictionary, however an argument cannot be made against the fact that it wasnt entertaining. The high point of the performance was a wardrobe malfunction with one of the performers. To quote the assistant chair of DISEC Pant Pharo Performance. ollowing this were the poppers and lockers DoDo and Aj from GSIS, they were an amateur act but one of the best performances of the night by far. Synergy had a mind blowing performance however it didnt not last for their entire routine. After a vocal treat given to us by Assistant chair SPECPOL, Member security and the HIGHLY confident Director Publications City idol main hi jeeton ga and alumni Bilal Rafi. The night ended with Synergy winning a 10,000 rupees cash prize.

Day 3
he third day of MUNiC continued on with the exhilarating debate sessions from the previous days. The main focus of the day was for delegates to come up with solutions for their respective issues and compile them in the form of a draft resolution. Following previous trends the committees delegates were absorbed in ongoing clashes with their fellow debaters and the intense arguments, which amounted to a hostile environment, which eventually cooled off when the chairs intervened and then to keep peace between the delegates friendly 5 minute entertainment sessions were held which consisted of members of the host team carrying out various antics to amuse the delegates as well as making them participate. These were done to get the delegates back on track and focused on nding for the issues they were being made to face. n ongoing tradition for MUNiCs held in the previous years is an occurrence known as Raids. Put yourself in a delegates shoes, you are consumed in the debate noting down other delegates perspectives and putting your own forward and suddenly you hear a boisterous noise which sounds vaguely human as another committees delegates crash into your committee and start pelting everyone with various items (shoes, writing pads, folders and paper balls) preceding which one or both of the Chairs are abducted and they return missing a few clothing items. This MUNiC was no different in this aspect and the raiding sessions were used as a method to revive

Concert
ebates for the day were now over and the delegates of the night to look forward to. The host team had arranged a concert to the delegates delight. Everybody rushed to change into their concert get up majority were spotted in boots, tted jeans and overcoats as the crowd gathered into the ground, anticipating the concert to begin early, however, after cheering loudly at the sound checks by Overdrive, they nally got to know that they were mistaken; the concert had not yet begun! The security did a good job of rounding up the crowd and dispelling the minor rowdy incident that took place. Later, there were performances by underground bands including Small and tiger, Resurrection, Inertia and Overdrive. And nally the moment came that everyone had been waiting for and NOORI nally graced the stage. The crowd went wild and a lot of head bangers took this opportunity to display their skills. In this attempt AD Media Ruhaan Ahmed lost a part of his shirt!
