Dear _____________________________,

FFA MISSON -FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.

You have been selected to participate in the HLSR 2011 FFA Program Sales on Saturday, March 5th. Selling programs for your chapter is a privilege and you will receive an armband to the rodeo that night for the Billy Currington performance in appreciation. Please note the following requirements: 1. You MUST wear complete official dress including your jacket, white collared shirt, tie/scarf, black pants for boys, black knee-length skirts and hose for girls, and black closed-toe shoes. You may bring a change of clothes, but you are responsible for keeping up with them during the time of program sales. 2. You must be able to meet at the Coca-Cola gate of Reliant Stadium by 1:45 pm on Saturday, March 5th. Attached is a grounds pass to get into the gate. At program sales, you will be provided a wrist band to get into the stadium. If you are given a grounds pass and do not show up for program sales, you will be asked to reimburse Deer Park FFA for the price of the grounds pass. 3. Limited transportation will be provided and will be first come, first serve. Miss Burchfield will have a truck and can take 5 students. Mr. Ressler may also have a vehicle. However, the ag teachers may not stay for the duration of the concert and you will be required to leave when we do, unless a parent picks you up from us at the rodeo. NOTE: We must release you to a parent and identification is required. If you cannot meet these requirements, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may assign your pass to another student. Thank you,

Miss Burchfield
