Legal changes in states.

We have political and legal changes happening, this changes affect in a political way. 70% of new laws in Europe are Directives and Regulations. Moreover it affects to the Court system in Portugal. Social movements are copied and transform into Portugal. E.g. Copycats. There is an export of rules and it has a social impact. The center-right of Portugal political system tried to guaranty more taxes, more flexibility in the market labor contracts, etc. But they couldnt because the central-left said that it was unfair. So, the cut and simplification of bureaucracy in Portugal wasnt made because it was a lack of protection for individuals. When the central-left was introduced in Portugal, they were anticipating external pressures and implementing them in the country. So, they covered their back under the pretext of being told to do that. The same is happening right now. For political decision making, nowadays we can see how they operate in the Parliament online. In fact it is possible by structural changes into the communication systems. Structural change, very often, is a political change, revolution, or, why not? A generation gap. This is on a political perspective. Macro and micro legal change is happening with political and legal implication. There is a need on accommodating on fundamental law and constitution. So, Its very interesting to accurate this. Many of these changes are motivated by a pressure group or an external lobby forces to transpose. We are assisting to a new legal system where pressures are introduced. These sessions were showing the states have been undergoing. So from a general point of view, changes have overcome.
