    Caruso English 1101-044 20 October 2011 Genre Proposal For the Genre Recreation project I will be choosing to recreate my text from the genre of combat photographs to combat videos. I will be recreating my genre in this way in order to emphasize the purpose of the text, which is the realism of war. I will use a video that includes some of the same footage that my original text has in it. The video was created by the Marines of 2nd Battalion 6th Marine Regiment and includes myself and all of the Marines within this unit.
