2 District Judge, the Manufacturers’ Daubert Motion to Exclude Certain testimony of Robert J.
3 Murphy (Daubert No. 4) was heard. The parties were represented by their respective counsel
4 of record.
5 Having read and considered the papers and evidence filed in support of and in
6 opposition to the motion, and having heard and considered oral argument of counsel, and good
7 cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS the Manufacturers’ motion.
8 (1) Rambus shall be precluded from offering opinions or testimony at trial from
9 Robert J. Murphy regarding the infringement of the asserted claims of the patents-in-suit under
10 the doctrine of equivalents.
