Objectives of the programme:

To organise women and youth groups in villages To promote and strengthen the federations of SHGs To link SHGs and federations with formal financial institutions and create larger credit facilities for rural women

 roups through vocational training and electronic data processing (EDP) To promote livelihood opportunities among women and youth strengthen community based organisations by introducing Management Information System (MIS) for monitoring and strategic planning of microfinance activities

 ANNAPURNA MAHILA MANDAL, MUMBAI IS A CHARITABLE TRUST REGISTERED IN MUMBAI. This is a mother organization for all organizations in Annapurna Pariwar in Mumbai. It houses all the project offices in its premises. It runs a Working Women's Hostel at New Mumbai where 125 working women are availing a safe stay with homely food. Hostel is run by the staff comprising of destitute women who get the job and shelter rom this activity.
