    Section 1) Introduction

    The ABC case study is about retail/wholesale business. The sources identified are six and information flows are ten. This will be heading towards analyzing for drawing IFD and showing the systems boundary as per the source or destination and information flow in ABCs process. Secondly, the drawing of Simple Level 1 DFD will be by analyzing for level 1 process and their data store showing as process 2 following the previous one. Finally, there will be construction of ERD and related diagrams as per the entities given such as Customer, Sales Order, Sales Clerk, Product, Manufacturing Order, Purchase Order, Supplier and Supplier Invoice.

    Section 5) Conclusion

    In conclusion, the case study showed drawings of IFD, Simple Level 1 DFD, ERD containing Cross-Reference Matrix, First-Cut Diagram, and revised ERD without many-to-many relationships. In order to make it easier for understanding coloring and good visual best practices applied. The drafting of the case study done is after several scratch diagrams with multiple improvements in the sources and information flow.
