As a CIO, you are responsible to think and decide how to use information system strategically and gain competitive advantage. Your boss requests you to prepare a proposal which includes all important information to differentiate your business from your competitors. Use Porters competitive forces model to describe your justifications. Also describe the type of systems you wish to adopt. Include the features of organization that need to be understood when you want to design, build and operate information system via internet.
