    1. 2. Complete the reading of entire Unit 1. Self study "HRM Concept in Nepalese Organizations" available in Dr. Agrawal's book. Self study "Translating HRM Functions into Practice" page 44 47, Fundamentals of HRM, DeCenzo & Robbins. Identify one of the closest relatives/ friends who is working in an organization (govt. or private or NGO/ INGO). Discuss with him/her and prepare a detailed report on How HRM System works in that particular organization. [Need to explain each component of entire system].
