CHECKLIST
I am a graduate student pursuing a Master's or PhD in petroleum engineering or a related field. Two letters of recommendation, one must be from a current university faculty member. Letters may be submitted by the applicant or the faculty member via mail or email. Transcripts from all universities attended. One page essay - double spaced, 12 point font, 1 inch margins.
