November 20, 2010 Dear Phi Psi Chapter G.P. The Houston Alumni Association announces that the application period is now open for the 2012 Houston Alumni Association Scholarship. Please share the following information with your chapter so that any undergraduate brothers who meet the eligibility criteria can apply. This is the only announcement that you will receive advertising this scholarship.

Award Size Minimum prize is $750.00. Eligibility Any undergraduate Phi Psi with a permanent address (i.e. parents home) from the Greater Criteria Houston, Texas, area is eligible. We define Greater Houston as Harris County or any of
the counties that surround Harris County.

Basis The scholarship will be awarded based on scholarship and leadership at both the chapter
and campus level.

Application Brothers interested in applying for the scholarship should forward the following materials Components at once:
1. Official college transcript 2. Letter of self-nomination including biographical information and highlighting the applications leadership within the fraternity chapter and the college/university. 3. Letter of recommendation from the Chapter Advisor. 4. Letter of recommendation from the Chapter President. (If the President is applying for the scholarship, the letter of recommendation should be written by another chapter officer.)
