    Sir, It is stated that I purchased a 100cc Bike Number LEK 7104-A Case Number 10970 on installments. I paid all the installments but some were paid late due to economical problem. I am retired personnel from PAF and my children are studying in higher education so I am unable to pay any type of plenty imposed by your firm. Kindly issue me final clearance certificate of my bike so that I will be able to get the registration of my bike on my name. I will be very thankful to you for this kind favour.
