    Using a spreadsheet to sort data

    Open a excel document and Save as 7mat#_sort data_surname. Save your spread sheet into your personal H-drive

    Ordering Decimals
    1. Type 0.05, 1.6, 1.034 and 0.23 in column A (As shown on the right)

    2. Click on A1, and drag mouse down to A4. Then click on Data and filter, scroll down to custom sort

    3. In the Sort box click on Column A and smallest to largest, then click OK
