Turner Lionettes will be holding a dance clinic for girls in grades K 8 on: Saturday, January 28, 2012 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. RL Turner High School Cafeteria (in back of school) Cost of the clinic is $25.00 (includes T-shirt) CASH ONLY Each participant will learn the proper technique for stretching, along with dance & drill team skills. The girls are also invited to participate in the half-time show at the RLT Lions basketball game. If you have any questions please call Rebecca Buck, 214-704-0642. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND STATEMENT OF PHYSICAL CONDITION In consideration of my childs participation in the RL Turner Lionette Dance Clinic to be conducted on the RLT High School campus on January, I, the undersigned, do hereby, for myself and heirs, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims against the Lionette Dance Clinic, the teaching staff, RL Turner High School and any employee of the before mentioned School District for any property loss, illness, or injury sustained in connection with the above Lionette Dance Clinic. I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the clinic and state that my child is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
