He never does the housework and he makes a lot of noise at night. Jim is thinking about moving out. PHIL: That sounds reasonable. I agree with you, Jim. OTHER TOPICS. Anthonys roommate doesnt pay his share of the rent. He always makes excuses. Anthonys solution: to write him a note and warn him that he has to pay his share. Laura and Sams car is giving a lot of problems. It usually breaks down. Their solution: to buy a new one. Sarahs son doesnt study at all. He skips classes every other day and hes always disturbing in class.

    Sarahs solution: to make an appointment with her sons tutor and school counsellor .
