Some of my Family's Favorite Recipes

From Jo De Felice's Kitchen

Cream Cheese Pie Pie Crust 11 graham crackers (1 cup of ready mix graham crackers) 3 tablespoons sugar 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine Roll graham crackers into crumbs; mix with sugar and melted butter and press into 9 pie plate. Heat oven to 350 ; bake for 10 minutes.

3 3 oz packages cream cheese, 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup sugar teaspoon vanilla 2 cups canned peaches drained or crushed pineapple drained. Blend cream cheese and milk, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat with mixer until smooth

Place peaches or pineapples in pie shell. Pour cream cheese mixture over fruit. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.Heat over to 350 F. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and place on cooling rack. (A 9 or 10 pyrex pie plate can also be used)
