The lecture about tony s successful deal supports the reading in many points. As the Reading says,the balance of power shifts during the negociation, for one hand or to the other. The dealers have to be with theirs minds opened to receive new proposes. The Lecture agrees completely about this point showing us, that even though Tony was insatisfied about his salary, he has pacience to accept the offer trying to deal. A second point posited by the Reading was that in a win win deal both sides have to gain. Exacly what happened on Tony s history. He accepted the offer of the other side, asking for sharing the prizes that likely its game would gain. Thus, He has imagined futures awards for his game, which his boss didn t hope. Hence, a good dealer searches either for weakness on the other side that are valuable for him or options valuable for him, which He doesn t has interest. Just like Tony did.
