TROPHY DONATION PLEDGE FORM

Donations are needed to support the trophies for the GWPC of NC Specialty to be held
in conjunction with the Mensona Kennel Club show on Saturday, August 23, 2009.

The placements listed below are available for sponsorship, and donations to the General
Trophy Fund are welcome. Your pledge must be received by March 1, 2009 for your
name to be listed in the catalog as a donor.

Best of Breed ($75) Best of Opposite Sex ($50)

Best of Winners ($50)
Winners Dog ($35) Reserve Winners Dog ($25)
Winners Bitch ($35) Reserve Winners Bitch ($25)
2nd – 4th in Open Classes ($15)
1st Place in all Regular & Non-Regular Classes ($25)
Obedience – High Scoring Dog in the Regular Classes ($35)
