FOR ADMISSION TO DEGREE OF DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (Ph.D.)

Applications are invited for admission to Ph.D. programme in following subjects from the candidates who have qualified in National/State level examination such as UGCCSIR/NET/SLET/GATE/ DBT, ICMR, GA, JRF / M.Phil.of this University. Applicants seeking admission to Degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) (Full-time or Part-time) of the Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, should hold recognized Masters degree or a degree recognized equivalent to Masters degree, with at least 50% in aggregate or equivalent marks/grades, to be eligible. SC/ST/SEBC will be get 5% relaxation. Those who does not clear above examinations are also invited for admission to Ph.D. programme likely they have to appear in Entrance Test. Application form is available from the University website http://www2.spuvvn.edu/phdadm/index.html such down loaded form may be submitted in person by paying Rs.300/- as fee (Application Form Fee) and in addition those who want to appear in Entrance Test has to pay Rs. 300/- + Rs.350/- = Rs.650/- as Form Fee and Entrance Test fee cash or by DD drawn in favor of The Registrar, Sardar Patel University payable at Vallabh Vidyanagar on or before 25/01/2012.
