3 full time English Language Development (ELD) teachers 1 full time ELL Educational Assistant Department supports ELLs in Franklins 10 schools Service delivery dictated by state ELL instructional guidelines

Chapter 71A MA General Law all LEP students be educated in a Sheltered English Immersion Program that includes

Sheltered content instruction English language development instruction Amount of ELD instructional time determined by students English proficiency level & grade
