    Ron Pope (born July 23, 1983) is an American pop and rock singersongwriter.

    He was raised in Georgia, United States, and currently lives in New York City. In 2005, Ron Pope, along with Zach Berkman, wrote the internet hit, "A Drop In The Ocean He was featured in the season three premiere of The Vampire Diaries on The CW. "A Drop In the Ocean" was performed on the UK television show, Made in Chelsea, by the British reality star, Caggie Dunlop. " I first heard this song in one of my favorite movies and I was really impressed. This song has two interpretations: one of them is the original and the other one is with Eminem ft Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa. In the Vampire Diaries series the original is playing in a background scene with Damon and Elena Gilbert- Katherine which pretended to be Elena-, the two of them being main characters as well as Stefan Salvatore, Damons brother. Even so, I prefer the one by Kanye and Eminem.
