Up and Over movement. 25 Reps Fifer Scissors "L" Shaped legs, pause between switching legs. 25 Reps Hip Rock and Raise Lie flat on back, butterfly your legs, raise legs to ceiling. 25 Reps Pulse Ups Heals to Heaven Both Legs in "L" Shape, push legs toward ceiling. 25 Reps V Ups Roll Ups Lie flat on back, raise arms straight up, touch toes, when lower back is on the floor, raise legs into a "V" and reach up. 25 Reps Oblique V Ups On Side, 30 degree legs.
