Teambuilding for Team leaders SOS-07 Sonja Drewes English Soft Skills 15 February 2012 1 day 6 hours Leaders of research teams, Alumni Participants will examine the term team and team dynamics with the help of a group development model. They will be given useful hints how to get started and build the team according to their needs. Being a leader means to motivate their team and dealing with conflicts, therefore they will get effective tools. Teambuilding activities focusing on leadership skills will round off this workshop.
