One of the festivals most popular pavil- ions, with some 8,600 visitors, was the Scottish Pavilion located in the Imperial Ball Room of Victoria Inn. On Saturday afternoon, dancers from Expres- sive Dance With Crystal entertained the crowd with two sets of traditional Scottish dance (pic- tured above). Between Crystals sets, the Scottish pavilion stage flled with young violinists from the Suzuki Talent Education Program (STEP). In- cluded in this group were three Minnedosa mu- sicians: Max and Telicia Dowsett and Samantha Roche whom is pictured at right. Tis years winter festival saw attendance numbers hit a record of over 62,000 people.
