    Especially in telecom industry these sales people visit different organizations/industries, Packages: People switch from other networks or purchase new connection with all attractive packages offered by the telecom companies. These packages result in more sales. Advertisement: Unless we do advertisement of our company we can t achieve our sales goal easily. Especially in telecom industry we have to create awareness in our target customers about our packages, quality & call rates. With the help of advertisement we can enhance our sales. On Net Call Rates: When on-net call rates are attractive. Customers often switch from other networks. Sometimes because there family members are using same network. With low on-net rates they can call their loved ones in low rates. DEPENDENT VARIABLE No of Sims sold (sales) This variable is dependent on all four in dependent variables.
