When will the re-development plan of Jama Masjid be implemented?

There is a Meena Bazaar, Dargah Kalimullah, Urdu Park situated at between world heritage Red Fort and the National heritage Jama Masjid. This area has a bad name for illegal construction, unauthorized possession/occupation of public land, unauthorized parking unauthorized loading, unloading and transportation of goods without permission of the consent authorities. As a result it has become a mess and chaos. Indian and foreign trust, local traders, visitors, shoppers, and residents of the area are facing great difficulties in there day to day life activities and free movement. The NGOs had highlight above cited menace from time to time and being to court several times. The hon,ble Delhi High Court had directed MCD to appoint a consultant to look into the hardships being faced by the people and to suggest menace and ways to bring relief .MCD had appointed a consultant for making a comprehensive Re-development plan of the area. The consultant had made out Re development of the area and submitted to MCD for consideration the same re development was Presented and submitted to the hon,ble Delhi high court for its approval .the Delhi high court had approved and consented for this project. The town planning department of MCD, after examining the project had sent to the standing committee of MCD, ASI, DDA, Delhi govt for clearance. After getting all NOCs from all the concerned departments it was sent to DUAC for approval and necessary action. The DUAC after certain amendments had consented original draft of master Redevelopment plan of the area for implementation. The chairman of DDA Lt governor of Delhi had approved and given the consent to absorb the total cost of the project by the DDA, DDA released first installment of the total cost of the project to the MCD for implementation of the project. MCD had made a public announcement for the commencement of the Project and works committee of MCD has also approved 145 corer rupees for same. Even after a long time nothing concrete is visible on the ground. It seems that everything is meant for paper work and public announcement only, the direction of the hon,ble delhi high court are not been taken seriously instead of being ignored . We earnestly urge the hon,ble Lt governor of Delhi and commissioner of MCD to direct the consent department to start the ground work for the implementation of the Re-development plan of Jama Masjid area.
