Services include foster care, Intensive Treatment Foster Care, adoption services, residential care, school-based and community-based services to youth and families in over 40 locations throughout California. Position Summary This position provides initial and on-going training and supervision of Social Workers, including special programs (Early Start, Support Partners, Adoptions, etc.). Duties include monitoring and supervising social work staff for quality best practices and Community Care Licensing standards, conducting home inspections and incident reports.(Monitoring compliance by staff and foster and adoptive parents to these regulations.) We need motivated individuals who care about abused and neglected children. Requirements Masters Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing. Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in the field of family or child welfare services or two years full-time social work or casework employment in a foster family or adoption agency. Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
