    SUBJECT

    This is to justify the output in my OT last January 21, 2012 aside from screening and processing of PMRFs I also do validating and I also processed and screened the ER1 of four Companys received on our Licensing Desk for the month of January. And for January 28, 2012 I was really about to search our unregistered members but because theres a remaining PMRFs received in Dinalupihan service desk for licensing I decided to do it first before searching all the unregistered members with the total of 394 and also because of the power interruption due to work done in the front desk electrical wiring. Im hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter. Thank you and God Bless.
