PROGRAM Basic Health Programs: 1. Public Health Nursing/ Midwifery 2. Environmenta l Sanitation FACTORS Inability of the 45 families(90%) to recognize the problem due to: 1. Lack of knowledge of importance of proper sanitation. Presence of breeding or resting sites of vectors of diseases (mosquitoes, flies, roaches, rodents, etc.) These will lead to a dirty environment thus, may be a source of diseases. The money at hand is just enough for their basic needs, they cant afford to buy supplies to prioritize proper sanitation. IMPLICATION OBJECTIVES OF CARE After 1 month of community exposure: 49 = 98% 1. Will acquire knowledge about proper sanitation. 49 = 98% 2. Will identify problems that may contribute in a dirty environment. 49 = 98% 3.
