The Anthem Parkside Community is a vibrant, active place to live because of all the unique residents who share their ideas, experience, feedback and volunteer their time to help make this community a true place to call home! If youre a stay at home parent, working full time or retired, you have something to offer the community and we WANT YOU to get involved! Welcome Jason Peetz!


Jason joined us after spending the past 6 years as a stay-at-home father. He is the new Resident Services Coordinator at Parkside. He is the Front Desk Supervisor and also the Fitness Co-Coordinator focusing on youth sports. He has two children named Ruby (6) and Henry (3). He has been married to a Rocket Scientist, named Katy, for the past 9 years. Recently Jason graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Kinesiology. He is an Arizona native and currently lives in Queen Creek. Jason is very excited to share his love of sports with the residents of Anthem. He spends his free time enjoying his family and also rebuilding a 1965 International Scout named Geoff.

Community Yard Sale


Saturday, March 31st 7 am - 1 pm Residents may hold a yard sale at their home. The Association provides local ads and directional signage to Merrill Ranch Parkway. Residents are responsible for remining signage to their sale and for cleaning up their signs afterwards. Big Brothers Big Sisters will pick up any yard sale remnants from 12 - 2 pm at the Anthem Community Park on March 31.

Parkside U: Valley Fever


Friday, March 2 1 - 2 pm FREE! Put on by the Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Preparedness Office of Infectious Disease Services at Arizona Department of Health Services Cough? Fever? Exhausted? Lifeguard

Become a Lifeguard! American Red Cross Lifeguard certification class. Be March 19, 21, 23 (M, W, F) prepared to swim at each class: bring 9 am - 6 pm (1 hr for lunch) LIFEGUARD suit, goggles, towel, a dry change Ages 16+ of clothes and a lunch. Successful Cost: $125 completion of the course does Register by March 16 not guarantee Anthem employment.
