The Influence of Social Interaction and Teacher Attention towards Students Working Interest at SMK N 2 Pengasih

Abstract The problem at this reseach is whether social interaction and parents attention affect the working interest class of XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih either partially or simultaneously. This reseach aims to determine the effect of social interaction and parents attention to the working interest class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. The subject of this research was class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. This research type was descriptive quantitive research and the instrument was using questionaires. Data analisys technique used descriptive quantitive analisys. The validity of data obtained through the validity and reliability. The results showed that : (1) there is a positive and significant influence social interaction in working interest at class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih by 9,64% as seen from tcount = 3,489 (> ttable = 1,664) at 5% significance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence parents attention in working interest at class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih by 15,08% as seen from tcount = 4,202 (> ttable = 1,664) at 5% significance, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence social interaction and parents attetion in working interest together toward at class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih by 15,08% as seen from Fcount = 12,800 (> Ftable = 1,970) at 5% significance.
