Account Manager Changes V2 Account Manager To make modifications to your account, please follow the instructions listed below. 1. Visit https://www.ENG033Solutions.com/en_US/manage-it/index.jhtml. 2. Enter your User ID and password and click "Log In." If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot User ID/Password" link to retrieve it. Below you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions and instructions on how to make modifications to your account. I. How to modify the Account Holder Address or Account Holder Name ********************************************************************************* 1. Click the "Edit User Info" link located on the left side of the page. 2. To modify an address, enter the correct address into the appropriate dialogue box provided, beneath the "Edit User Profile" header and click "Save." Your changes have now been submitted. Click, "Go to Account Manager" to return to Account Manager Home. 3. To change the name on the Account, click on the "Change My Name" link on the Edit User Info page. Enter the new name in the dialogue boxes and click "Continue." Confirm your changes on the next page, read the service agreement and check the box stating you have done so, then click "Continue." The Account Holder name has now been updated.

II. How to replace the Account Administrative and/or Account Technical Contact ******************************************************************************************** 1. Click "Edit Account Contacts. 2. If you have more than one account, select the account that contains the contact information that you want to edit and click "Edit Contacts." 3. Click the "Delete" button next to the contact that you want to replace. Verify that you want to delete this contact by selecting "Delete." 4. To add a new contact, click "Add new Account Administrative or Technical Contact" on the Edit Account Contacts page. You will have the option to select a new user by e-mail address, User ID or NIC handle. Click "Continue." 5. You then select whether you want the new contact to be an Account Administrative or Account Technical Contact. Click "Continue." 6. A new user invitation will be sent to the selected contact by e-mail. He or she will have 7 days to activate access to the account. III. How to replace your Name Server information ******************************************************* 1. If you have only one domain, from Account Manager Home, select "Move DNS to a New Name Server" and click "Apply change. If you have multiple domains, select the box next to the domain names you want to edit and click "Edit DNS." 2. Read the warning and click "Continue", if you wish to proceed. 3. Enter your Name server 1 and Name server 2 by either typing it into the box or selecting from the drop down box. You must enter at least 2 Name servers. Click "Continue" when complete. If you wish to add 3 or more Name servers, click on "Add more Name servers. Once your modifications have been completed in Account Manager, your new records should be visible in our WHOIS database within 24 to 72 hours. Domain Protect V2 Account Manager Domain Protect adds an extra layer of security to domain name registrations. When Domain Protect is enabled, it will guard against any unauthorized transfer of your domain name registration. This is an automatic feature when you register a new domain name with ENG033 Solutions. The Primary Contact/Account Holder can configure Domain Protect at any time through Account Manager. 1. Log into Account Manager. 2. Click "View Domain Names List" from the left navigation. 3. Select the appropriate domain name. The Domain details screen will show if Domain Protect is "On" or "Off." 4. To change the status, click the link beside the current status. 5. A pop-up window will appear. Please select either on or off and click "Save" to change the status of Domain Protect. Host Create Modify Account Manager

To create, edit or replace your name server (DNS), please follow the instructions below: 1. Visit https://www.ENG033Solutions.com/en_US/manage-it/index.jhtml. 2. Enter your User ID and password and click "Log In." To create a name server: 1. Select the account that contains the parent domain of the name server you are creating. 2. Click Manage Host Servers or copy and paste the link: https://www.ENG033Solutions.com/en_US/manage-it/manage-nameservers.jhtml onto the address bar while you are logged inside the account. 3. Enter the name of the name server you want to create into the left dialog box and click "Continue." 4. Enter the new IP Address. Click "Continue." 5. Verify the name server information and click "Apply Change." To edit a name server: 1. Enter the name of the name server you want to replace into the right dialog box and click Continue. 3. Enter the name of the new name server, click Continue. 4. Verify the name server information and click Apply Change. To replace the name server(s) of specific domains: (This will affect only the domains chosen.) 1. Select the domain(s) you want to replace the name servers on. You can view Domain Currently Points to: Designated DNS: you may click on "Edit. 2. On the next page choose Move DNS to a new Name Server and click on Continue. 3. Enter the names of the two new name servers or select the names from the drop down box. If you wish to add more than 2 name servers click Add More Nameservers Otherwise, click Continue and Save DNS. Any changes to the host records automatically gets updated in the registry, as well as our local database. Since this is the case, even if WHOIS shows the outdated IP addresses, this is purely cosmetic and will not affect the activity of your domain name and any attached services. How To Register Account Manager To register a domain name, please visit our website at: http://www.ENG033Solutions.com 1. Enter the domain name that you want to register into the green box located at the top of the page, without the extension. Select the extension(s) that you want to register by checking the

appropriate box: COM, NET, ORG, BIZ, INFO, CC, BZ, VG, MS, GS, TC, and US. If you want to register a domain name with an extension other than the ones listed, click the "See More Extensions" link and check the extension(s) that you want to register. Click "Search" when finished. In order to register a .NAME domain name, click "See more extensions" then enter a first and last name in the "Get a .NAME domain" box. Click "GO" when finished. 2. If the domain name(s) that you wish to register is not available, you will be given the option to backorder the domain. We will also generate a list of similar domain names that you may want to register. 3. To order a domain name registration, simply click the check box provided to the left of the domain(s) and click the "Continue" button. 4. Next, you may select the Web site package or E-mail that is right for you. All of the pricing for these services is listed below the description. Click the "Continue" button and be sure to click the checkbox to the left of any additional service that wish to purchase. 5. Review your order and be sure to choose a term from the drop down box provided. If you want to remove a domain name that is listed, simply click "Remove" located to the right of the domain name. Private Registration Account Manager Through Private Registration, you can protect your public domain registration information and continue to own and manage your domains and associated products. Protect your Personal Information - The information you want to keep private is kept out of the public WHOIS database. Protect your Domain Name Registration - Gives the you full control and standing as registrant over the domain names in your account, unlike "proxy" services. Click "Recalculate" then click "Proceed to Purchase." 5. Submit your credit card information for payment.

Products Cancelled Due To Server Change V2 Account Manager According to our records, your domain name registration has been transferred to another hosting company, which involved replacing what used to be ENG033 Solutions servers with those the new hosting company provided you. Because of this, the Value Added Services such as ENG033 Solutions E-mail, Web site and Web Forwarding service have been cancelled. The cancellation of these services is automatic upon switching servers, as only our servers can accommodate these services. Should you choose to still take advantage of our products aside from the domain registration, you may switch back to ENG033 Solutions servers at any time for free. As soon as your domain name is back to our hosting service, you may re-purchase the Value Added Services that you need. Under Construction V2 Account Manager An Under Construction page is a placeholder for a domain name registration whose Web site has not yet been activated. ENG033 Solutions provides its customers with two types of Under Construction pages: * A Standard Under Construction page that contains links to ENG033 Solutions services, thirdparty product and services and/or Internet search engines. * A Generic Under Construction page, which contains only ENG033 Solutions branding and may contain a ENG033 Solutions domain name registration search tool.

To select an Under Construction page: 1. Log into Account Manager. 2. Under the Domain Names list, select the domain name that you want to add an Under Construction page too. 3. Click "Edit." 4. Select which type of Under Construction page you want users to see when they access your domain name. 5. Click on "save." It will take approximately 24 hours to activate. Enter your User ID and password and click "Log In." 3. Select the domain name to be updated. 4. Choose "Standard Under Construction Page" and click "Apply Change." 5. Click "Continue." 6. UserID Definition V2 Account Manager A User ID is the string of characters used in combination with your password to log into Account Manager. Previously, the User ID was referred to as the User Name or Account Number. A User ID can be 8 to 32 alphanumeric characters in length and your password can be 4 to 16 characters in length. To change your User ID and password, log into Account Manager and click "Edit User ID/Password" from the left-hand navigation. You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you of the change made to your User ID or password. To make it easy to recover your password, enter a Password Security question (if you have not already done so). The question will help ENG033 Solutions confirm your identity and enable you to reset your password, if you forget it. Whois Contacts Account Manager Your Account Contacts are responsible for managing your ENG033 Solutions account including keeping your account up-to-date, adding new products and services, configuring all services and assigning account access. Your Whois contact information is required information upon registration of a domain name. This contact information be made available to third parties through interactive, publicly accessible registration databases. Your Whois contacts have no privileges on your ENG033 Solutions account unless you designate these contacts as ENG033 Solutions Account Contacts. Unless otherwise specified, we will use your Primary Contact/Account Holder information as your Whois Administrative and Technical Contacts. Auto Renew Billing It is easy to set-up or remove the Auto Renew feature from Account Manager. Log into your account at https://www.ENG033Solutions.com/en_US/manage-it/index.jhtml by entering your User ID and password. How to set up the Auto Renew feature ******************************************** 1. Go to your Account Manager Home page. 2. In the "Auto Renew" column, select "Turn it on" for the corresponding domains and services you want to Auto Renew. 3. Check the box for "Turn it on" then click "Save" to continue. 4. Repeat these steps for each domain and service you want to Auto Renew. Once you have turned on Auto Renew, we will automatically renew annual services forty-five days prior to their expiration date. The domain name registration(s) or other service(s) will be

automatically renewed at the current rate(s), for the same term the product was last registered or renewed. Monthly services are renewed each month. We will send an e-mail to the Account Holder or Primary Contact confirming the renewal. To ensure continuation of service please be certain you have a valid credit card on file. How to remove the Auto Renew feature ********************************************* 1. Please go to your Account Manager Home page. 2. In the "Auto Renew" column, select "Turn it off" for the corresponding domains and services you want to remove the Auto Renew feature from. 3. Check the box for "Turn it off" then click "Save" to continue. 4. Repeat these steps for each domain and service where you want the Auto Renew feature removed. III. How to edit the credit card information for your Account(s) ******************************************************************* Select the View Account list on the left side of the page. Then select the account you wish to edit. 2. Click on the "Edit Account/Billing Information" link located within the "Account Details" section. 3. Click the "Edit" button beneath where it states "Credit Card Information." 4. Make the necessary corrections and click the "Continue" button. 5. Your changes have been submitted. CIN Number Billing In an effort to heighten security on our Web site, you may have noticed a few changes on our main payments page. Specifically, the addition of a field to type in your "CIN", or Customer Identification Number, This is unique and is located on your credit card. If you are attempting to make payment with an American Express card, this number is four digits long and located to the far right on the front of your card. It is also possible that your CIN number may appear on the back of your American Express card. If you are attempting to make payment with a Visa or Master Card, this is the three-digit number located on the signature stripe on the back of your card. The CIN number can either be upside down or to the right of your credit card number. Mail Forward Setup (for Inquent platform)

You can easily re-setup your mail forwarding to another email address by following these simple instructions:

Log inside of your emailbox by going to http://mail.yourdomainname.com. Click on the Configuration link found on the left side. Click on the "Forward My Mail" link. 4. Enter the e-mail address you want the e-mail forwarded to in the Forward my messages to: text box. 5. To keep copies of forwarded messages, simply click on the checkbox provided 6. Also click on the "Enable Forwarder" checkbox. 7. Click on Save to begin forwarding e-mail to another address.

Process: Bounced E-Mail Messages Customers have recently called to inquire why they are receiving a bounced email message from "Postmaster" or "Mailer Daemon" that includes spam and appears to have been originally sent from the customer's email address. Customers call because they know they did not send the message. Spammers can set up email software to make the "From" address anything they want it to be. Despite strict laws against the practice, spammers will often send email from randomly generated forged addresses. Somewhere in the mix of forged addresses, an email address belonging to a customer gets inserted into the "From" field to send the spam.

We recommend that customer do not open these messages, but they should ignore and delete them. There are no methods for preventing this from happening except keeping email addresses private.
