SPECIAL PROSPECT BURMA SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDY AT MIRIAM

COLLEGE IN THE PHILLIPINES.

Miriam College in the Phillipines has offered to waive part of the tuition fees for up to
four female students of Burmese origin studying for a Bachelor’s degree in one of the
following subjects during 2008:

BSc in Environmental Planning and Management or

BSc in Social Work
BA Communication Arts
BA International Studies (International Politics Stream)
BA International Studies (International Development Stream)
BA Psychology
BSc Psychology
BSc Child Development and Education

As part of this scheme, Prospect Burma has agreed to award scholarship grants to two of
the successful candidates. These scholarships are restricted to first year entry candidates.

The closing date for applications is 31 January 2009. Applications and information
