What to talk about the characteristics of important feedback

But do give feedback when

Some say in the same encounter

Dont just blast them and leave

If its something really important, develop an action plan

But in the case of feedback, we should just give feedback but also want to receive it.

People who are unable to handle feedback well are unlikely to reach their full potential. They miss out on the experiences and insights of others. Learning how to take criticism constructively is big step towards improving your performance and effectiveness in all areas of your life.

Cant be thinking Im the best but who can I learn from, how can I be better?
